Had pleasant stay for 2 nights. It was brand-new, neat and in lower floors. The breakfast was good for tasteless food, all the food was excellent. The location was magnificent and beautiful, really close to Galeries Lafayette Department Store. The area was shopping really close to the tram station which goes to the airport, very close to the centre of the city, shops and old town as well as Promenade du Paillon and vieux Nice.

Really enjoyed this small hotel: excellent food and welcoming staff. I took a double room with a double bed, a clean bathroom, adequate space. The venue was in a central setting in the 'buzz' area. It was as expected, had a very nice stay for 2 nights.

The hotel was fairly clean with accommodating and caring staff on the reception desk. Central location of this cheap property was a bonus. Fast food restaurant L'express was 100 metres away from the place. The restaurant here was wonderful, we both ordered hot dishes. We liked being there.
